Michael Rivas, a Lorain, Ohio native and the recruiter instructor for Recruiting Station Frederick was named 4th Marine Corps District Recruiter Instructor of the year for 2014 for his hard work and forward planning strategies in the recruiting environment. His role at RS Frederick has been instrumental to mission success. - U.S. Marine Corps Master Sgt.
