Recruiting Station Cleveland commanding officer, U.S. Marine Corps Maj. Jonathan Glover, leads the question and answer portion of the female pool function held at the Crossfit Box in Strongsville, Ohio on Nov. 23, 2013. He started it off by explaining the importance of being mentally and physically ready for the demands of recruit training. The poolees were given the opportunity to ask any question they wanted to gain knowledge and insight on how to be successful.
