A female member of Marine Corps Recruiting Station Richmond’s delayed entry program is motivated during the run portion of the initial strength test by Sgt. Maj. David Eldridge, Recruiting Station Richmond’s sergeant major, and Cpl. Kansas Ledezma, Recruiting Station Richmond’s administration clerk, and a native of Buckhannon, West Virginia, during the station’s annual female pool function.
