Poolees with U.S. Marine Corps Recruiting Station Raleigh participate in an Initial Strength Test (IST) during an All State Pool Function in Raleigh, North Carolina on May 13, 2023. The IST tests a poolees physical fitness to gauge their readiness for recruit training.
