U.S. Marine Corps Corporal William Pawley is promoted to his present rank at a recruiting office in Newark, Delaware, August 3, 2015. Pawley, a native of Wilmington, Delaware, and a 2011 graduate of Delcastle High School recently returned from a seven-month deployment to the Mediterranean Sea, where he served as an airframes mechanic aboard the USS Iwo Jima.
