Marine Corps Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps cadets from Phoebus High School perform in front of Staff Sgt. Rodricus Goines, a Charlottesville, Virginia native, and Staff Sgt. Kiel Lough a Parkersburg, West Virginia native, recruiters from Recruiting Sub-Station Richmond South, during a drill competition, Feb. 14. The competition was between 10 different MCJROTC units from high schools throughout Virginia and Maryland.
