U.S. Marine Corps Chief Warrant Officer 2 Douglas McGlothlin is promoted to his present rank by his wife, Tiffany, and the executive officer of Recruiting Station Baltimore, Capt. Rineet Rajan at the National Museum of the Marine Corps, Feb. 5, 2015.
