The Marine Corps dress blues jacket belonging to Robert L. Thomas who served in the Marine Corps from 1959-63. Thomas, a 73-year-old native of Cambridge, Md., reached out to the recruiters of Marine Corps Recruiting Station Baltimore to help him arrange the medals on his dress blues jacket.
