U.S. Marine Corps Col. Terence D. Trenchard, a native of Hartford, Conn. participates in change of command ceremony at the Defense Distribution Center Susquehanna in New Cumberland, Pa., July 10, 2014. Trenchard relinquished command of the 4th Marine Corps District to U.S. Marine Corps Col. John A. Bolt. Bolt, a Mount Dora, Fla. native, was most recently the J3 Air Fires Officer of Naval Striking and Support Forces, NATO.
