U.S. Marine Corps Col. Terence D. Trenchard, (right), passes the flag to U.S. Marine Corps Col. John A. Bolt, (left), signifying the changing of command during a change of command ceremony for the 4th Marine Corps District at the Defense Distribution Center Susquehanna in New Cumberland, Pa., July 10, 2014. Trenchard, a Hartford, Conn. native, relinquished command of the district to Bolt, a Mount Dora, Fla. native, following three successful years as the district’s commanding officer. Bolt was most recently the J3 Air Fires Officer, Naval Striking and Support Forces, NATO. Trenchard will assume the post of operations officer for Marine Corps Recruiting Command.
