Joseph Hupp, an Ashland, Ky. native and Boyd County High School senior, poses for a photo with U.S. Marine Corps Capt. Eric Albright, the Recruiting Station Charleston Executive Officer, during the high school’s awards night May 29, 2014. During the ceremony, Hupp was presented a $150,000 Naval Reserve Officers Training Corps Marine Option Scholarship.
