U.S. Marine Corps Staff Sgt. Jefferson Brink, a recruiter with Recruiting Sub-Station Richmond South and Eureka, Calif. native, shakes the hand of U.S. Marine Corps Maj. Gen. Mark Brilakis, Marine Corps Recruiting Command Commanding General, after he was awarded the Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal at Recruiting Station Richmond, April 28, 2014. Brink was awarded the medal for his superb commitment and drive during RS Richmond’s Operation Warrior, which was designed to increase the number of reservists contracted into the Delayed Entry Program.
