Recruiting Sub-station Rockville's Poolee Ernesto Pasco, a native of Lima, Peru, competed in the ammo can lift during Recruiting Station Frederick's annual pool function in Frederick, Md. April 12, 2014. The pool function was held to build camaraderie and the physical fitness of the approximately 350 poolees before they attend Marine Corps recruit training. Pasco is in the Delayed Entry Program where he has a specific amount of time to wait before going to recruit training and trying his hand at becoming a U.S. Marine in September.
