U.S. Marine Corps Staff Sgt. Rosa Rivera, a drill instructor from Marine Corps Recruit Depot Parris Island S.C., helps prepare future Marines of Recruiting Station Frederick for the training procedures they will experience at recruit training during RS Frederick’s annual pool function April 12, 2014.
