U.S. Marine Corps Maj. Gen. Vincent R. Stewart, the commanding general of Marine Forces Cyber Command, administers the oath of enlistment to 15 members of Marine Corps Recruiting Station Baltimore’s delayed entry program during the Military Bowl, which was played at Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium in Annapolis, Md., Dec. 27, 2013.
