Joshua Lamb, a member of Marine Corps Recruiting Station Baltimore’s Delayed Entry Program and a native of Dundalk, Md., takes aim with a M16A2 service rifle during a simulation at 4th Combat Engineer Battalion’s headquarters in Parkville, Md., Oct. 12, 2013.
