Dakota Meyer explains what the different elements of his Medal of Honor Tribute mean to a group of children at Lindsey Wilson College Oct. 28, 2013, in Adair County, Ky. Meyer was presented his tribute by Richard Powers, creator of the tribute and retired sergeant first class, along with Gunnery Sgt. Allen Rosenblatt, staff noncommissioned officer in charge of Recruiting Sub-station Elizabethtown, and Staff Sgt. John Allison, RSS Elizabethtown recruiter.
