The bulldog of a U.S. Marine with Marine Rotational Force Darwin (MRF-D) waits for the return of its owner at the Marine Corps Air Station Kaneohe Bay Terminal, Sept. 28, 2017. MRF-D is a tangible demonstration of the United States’ sustained commitment to the U.S.–Australia alliance and to the Indo-Asia-Pacific region to improve security cooperation activities, disaster relief response capabilities, and the ability to respond to various crises throughout the region.
